Welcome, Baby Avi

Sweet baby Avi came to see me at just eight days old, and this little guy gave us some of the cutest newborn smiles.

I first met Brittany and Sameer at their maternity session, so it was extra special getting to see them again—this time with their baby boy in their arms.

One of my favorite things about planning newborn sessions is finding little ways to make each one personal. Avi’s nursery is Winnie the Pooh themed, so of course Pooh had to make an appearance. We incorporated him into a couple of setups, including the sweetest little bed setup that tied everything together.

Brittany and Sameer also chose this gorgeous rich yellow for part of Avi’s session, and I LOVE how it photographed with his dark hair. We mixed that with soft blues and creams for variety.
